Work as a Medical Lab Technologist

I used to work in major city hospital that had one of the largest labs that I have even seen. It employed so many medical lab technologists that it was hard to remember all their names. In fact one of my oldest friends worked there for 25 years and has since gotten promoted to the head of her department. She enjoys the freedom of working independently and analyzing blood samples as they pertain to the disease process. She is very intelligent and is very thorough in her assessments. She finds her job interesting because of the variety of daily cases that she gets to see.
