It is amazing how a friend can come through for you without them even knowing that they did. The very next day after a very good friend of ours recommended that me and my wife consider getting a total protect home warranty on the home we just bought my wife got us signed up on a very good policy. I was surprised at how reasonable the premium was. About a month later we had a major plumbing problem in the house and if not for the home warranty policy we would have had to pay for all of the repairs ourselves.
