My cousin was telling me how impressed she was with the windows San Diego company that she is hiring to replace all the windows in her house. She said that when she called the company, the gentleman who answered the phone was the company owner. She liked the idea that it is a family owned company that has been around for many years. He was able to answer all of her questions over the phone and scheduled a meeting with her at her home for tomorrow afternoon. It is great when a company remembers that customer satisfaction and customer service goes a long way when it comes to their reputation.
