Deciding To Start A Record Label

My lifelong best friend and I have decided to start a record label. It really has been a lifelong dream of ours, and we have been saving our pennies for this business venture. Luckily my best friend is a great talent scout, and she can predict what types of songs and artists will be popular. I on the otherhand am more of a behind the scenes person. I can balance our budget and keep record like you would not believe. Between the two of us, I know that we will be successful. Luckily we balance each other out, and so far our label is taking off!
