White Cloud Cirrus electronic cigarette batteries and White Cloud Cirrus electronic cigarette batteries, as well as electric cigarette chargers, are covered by a 6-month limited manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers the original electronic cigarette purchaser for 6 months from the original date of the purchase. A copy of the original electronic cigarette receipt must be provided at time of warranty exchange.
This warranty is strictly for electronic cigarette batteries and electronic cigarette battery chargers. It does not cover SimpleSmoke e-cig Cartridges or Standard e-cig Cartridges.
This warranty does not cover electronic cigarette damage caused by neglect, misuse, modification, alteration, or any use of the electronic cigarette other than that for which it is intended.Disposable electronic cigarette products, such as the Maduro electric cigar, are not covered by this e-cig warranty.
To exchange a defective electronic cigarette or e-cig charger, you may either visit the store location where the e-cig was purchased, or contact customer service.

Rest assured that your e-cigs will be reliable for at least two years! For just $29.95, the Assured Smoke 2 Year E-cig Warranty may be purchased online or at the nearest White Cloud e-cigarettes location.
Covers the e-cig purchaser for 2 years from original e-cigarette starter kit purchase date. Includes no-hassle warranty exchanges at any e-cig kiosk location, and a free battery exchange starting 12 months from the original e-cigarette purchase. Valid for all e-cigarette non-disposable batteries and e-cigarette USB chargers, AC adapters and DC adapters.
Not valid for SimpleSmoke e-cigarette catridges, the Maduro electric cigar, the Fling e cigarette, or any disposable e cigarette products. Dripping nicotine liquid into SimpleSmoke e cigarette cartridges will void this electric cigarette warranty. Electric cigarette products that are handled with willful neglect are not covered under this warranty.
