My Cousin is Looking For a House in the Quiet Countryside That Offers a USDA Loan

My cousin Marty recently graduated from college with a degree in mechanical engineering. The entire family was so proud of him, because we all knew how hard he worked to be able to graduate. He mentioned at the family get together last night,that he was going to apply for a USDA loan and try to get a house on the very outer fringes of town.
