My company has decided that we need to purchase toll free numbers. This will increase our business as many customers will not purchase from a company unless they offer 0800 numbers. My boss wants to go with the phone service offering the cheapest price, but I am trying to talk him out of that. He needs to go with a company that runs off of a fiber-optic network. Cutting corners in this area is not beneficial if your customer cannot complete the call due to a poor network. Whey spend the money to get this set up only to have it not work properly? That just doesn’t make sense.
